Our team has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring the most diverse Financial and Securities transactions, including the incorporation of investment funds, drafting of loan and financing agreements, funding and guarantee instruments, as well as bond issuances. We also actively participate in the design and assessment of structured fundraising operations, taking into account the various factors and risks involved. In addition, we advise managers of various publicly traded companies on day-to-day corporate governance issues, ensuring proper compliance with current regulations.

Real Estate

Our experience in the corporate and tax areas has enabled us to assist our clients in structuring innovative real estate businesses, enabling them to raise directly funds by means of a varied range of mechanisms. Our experience in preparing real estate due diligence reports to international standards, conducting corporate transactions between real estate companies, structuring special purpose companies (SPEs) in Brazil and abroad, incorporating Real Estate Funds and in tax planning, allowed us to participate in some of the most innovative projects in real estate sector in Brazil.

Agribusiness is the fastest growing segment of the Brazilian economy in recent years and we are actively participating in this evolution. PGLaw pioneered the implementation of personal data protection and privacy policies, advising some of the largest technology companies in the world years before the Brazilian legislation was issued, with team members directly involved in drafting the legislation. PGLaw was also one of the first Brazilian firms to advise clients on launching artificial intelligence projects directly to consumers.
