Rodrigo de Freitas is a Professor of Tax Law and a member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBTD) and was a member of the Municipal Tax Council in São Paulo. He is a founding partner at Freitas e Vieira Advogados and a consultant at PGLaw in Tax Law.

Rodrigo has over twelve years of experience practicing in the largest and most renowned law firms in the country. His expertise includes tax consulting and litigation, especially with issues related to tax planning, estate and inheritance planning, taxes in real estate sector, finances, capital markets, and international tax law.
