Fernanda Valle Versiani is an associate at PGLaw, where she works in the areas of education, research, and special projects. She is also a Professor of Corporate Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), where she teaches courses in commercial law and sustainable development. In addition, she serves as Coordinator of the Corporate Governance Center at UFMG (CGC/UFMG).

Her expertise includes private law, particularly corporate law, capital markets, data protection, and artificial intelligence.

Before joining PGLaw, Fernanda was a Professor at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA) and a partner at an investment fund management firm in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.

Education and Degrees

Ph.D. in Law, Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). During her doctoral studies, she completed a corporate doctoral fellowship funded by CNPq at Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão S.A. (B3), and served as a Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, Germany.
