Beatriz Pinheiro Rochel is a lawyer at PGLaw, working in the areas of bankruptcy law and civil litigation.

Her expertise includes acting in the areas of criminal law and corporate civil litigation, focusing on judicial and out-of-court reorganization and bankruptcy.

Previously, Beatriz worked at the São Paulo State Court of Justice, acting in the civil, corporate, tax, and criminal areas. She also worked as an intern at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the State of São Paulo, acting in the civil, criminal, administrative improbity and homogeneous individual, diffuse and collective rights areas. Also participated in the Bankruptcy and Business Recovery Course of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, an extension and research group that studies aspects related to business insolvency.
