Michelle Baruhm is an associate attorney at PG Law, whose expertise includes Corporate Law, M&A transactions and commercial contracts.

Michelle has formerly worked at Brazilian law firms specialized in M&A and currently is a PhD Candidate in Commercial Law at the University of São Paulo Law School, where she also coordinates the activities of Revista de Direito Mercantil, Industrial, Econômico e Financeiro, the leading Brazilian journal focused on commercial law, and of the Law and Poverty Group.
