Deborah Marconcini Bittar is an associate at PGLaw, where she develops activities in the areas of education, research, and special projects.
With a multidisciplinary vision and a solid foundation in international law and corporate human rights, her expertise extends to human rights due diligence and the practical application of diversity and inclusion (D&I) policies, focusing on gender relations.
Before joining PGLaw, Deborah worked as a researcher at the Center for Human Rights and Business (CeDHE) at the São Paulo Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV Direito SP) and as a postgraduate fellow of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), in addition to receiving an Erasmus+ scholarship for a period of academic mobility at Sciences Po Paris, France.

Education and Qualifications
Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of São Paulo (USP).
Bachelor’s degree in History (in progress) at USP. Bachelor of Laws from USP.
