Luma Luz is an intern at PGLaw, working in the areas of M&A, Corporate Law, and Business Contracts.

She is a law student at the University of São Paulo, Largo de São Francisco. Among her extracurricular activities, she highlights serving as student coordinator of the Journal of Commercial and Financial Law (RDM) and her participation in several study groups in the field of Commercial Law. In addition, she worked as a teaching assistant for the Fundamentals of Business Law course with a focus on accounting, at USP’s School of Economics, Business Administration, Accounting and Actuarial Science.
