Renato Jabur has been a legal manager at international agribusiness and trading companies and has acted as ad-hoc in-house counsel for a major international financial institution, and for the Brazilian stock and commodities exchange. Renato has also been an associate with a leading law firm focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, banking and capital markets.

Renato is a professor and lecturer for post-graduate classes at renowned institutions in Brazil. He is a member of the Council of Taxes and Fines (Conselho de Tributos e Multas – CTM) of the Municipality of São Bernardo do Campo, SP, Brazil (2010-2015), and a member of the Ethics and Discipline Tribunal of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), São Paulo chapter (2014-2018).

Renato participated in theInternational Commercial Law Seminar(2008), coordinated by the University of California, Davis (USA) and the University of Cologne (Germany), in cooperation with the German Bar Association (DeutscherAnwaltVerein), the German Institution of Arbitration – DIS and the Arbitration Documentation and Information Center – ADIC.
