Gabriela Forti Teixeira is an associate at PGLaw where she acts in the areas of corporate law, contracts and new technologies. Her expertise includes: general corporate law services; analysis, preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts; advice on tax planning and tax governance; and corporate governance.

Currently, Gabriela is law graduate at the Law School of the University of São Paulo, where she also develops activities at the Nucleus of Law, Internet and Society from the University of São Paulo Law School and Double degree Bachelor in French Law (Licence en Droit), Université de Lyon.
